The history of wine
wine history dates back to around 6000 BC. The regions of origin are considered Eurasia and Iran. Wine was discovered in Europe around 4500 a. C. in ancient Greece and Bulgaria. Dionysus in Greek mythology represents the wine. Dionisio steeped ritual madness and ecstasy. It was adopted by the Romans and known as Bacchus. In classical Greece and Rome came from a commune. In Europe, the medieval wine needed mass ceremony in ancient Egypt was wine out of the ceremonies of life. The wine is used today in religious ceremonies. Examples would be the Catholic Eucharist and Kiddush Jews.
A drink alcohol, wine is made from fermented grape juice. Fermentation is no added sugar, acids, enzymes or other ingredients. Wine is produced by fermentation of crushed grapes with different yeasts. Grape sugar are consumed by yeast and converted into alcohol. The type of wine being produced is determined by the type of grapes and yeast.
Other fruit can be fermented, but the resulting wine is usually after the names of fruit. They are called fruit wine or country wine. An example would be the wine apple wine or fishing. There is wine fermented from starch-based materials. This type of wine would barley wine and rice wine (eg love). History suggests that in the year 7000 BC the grapes fermented rice in China.
The wine has a rich history dating back to 6000-7000 BC. The wine known as a ceremonial drink. The ceremonies of religion are different, parties, special occasions or just relax and enjoy a meal.

Polyphenols: a very broad class of substances that are structurally related. There is always a phenolic acid group attached to one of the benzene rings in bioflavonoids, therefore all bioflavonoids are also referred to as ”polyphenols” or ”phenols.” (”Poly” is from the Greek root which refers to ”more than one” or ”many” phenols.) Proanthocyanidins: colorless polyphenols that are referred to as proanthocyanidins because the coloration towards red is their major trait of authentication from a chemical point of view. For example, when leaves naturally change from green to red in the fall, they transform colorless proanthocyanidins into colorful anthocyanidins. They exist before or pro the anthocyanidins (the term ”before” is synonymous with ”pro” in Latin); hence the name, proanthocyanidins. Proanthocyanidins can be found in many plants, most notably pine bark, grape seed, and grape skin. However, bilberry, cranberry, black currant, green tea, black tea, and other plants also contain these flavonoids. Nutritional supplements containing proanthocyanidins extracts from various plant sources are available, alone or in combination with other nutrients, in herbal extracts, capsules, and tablets. The oxygen atom, which in a stable state has four pairs of electrons, becomes unstable when it loses an electron. An oxygen atom with seven electrons is referred to as a free radical.
